Your NPathy Journey
NPathy is an accessible, tailored and professional telehealth service that allows people across Australia to access high quality mental health care. NPathy NPs range in availability and speciality to best meet your needs.
To access NPathy services, you need:
- To be over over 12 years of age
- An internet connection
- A smartphone or laptop with a working camera and microphone (for video calls) or a standard phone (for phone calls)
- A Medicare Card
- A credit/debit card or PayPal account to pay for your consultation if you do not have a Medicare card, or if you require additional reports.
NO REFERRAL REQUIRED
Yes! That’s right.
You do not need a referral from your GP nor a care plan to access mental health consultations at NPathy.
UNCAPPED SESSIONS
We are serious!
You can have as many mental health consultations as you need. Weekly, monthly, even daily if the need arises!

- Sign up/log in to the Patient Portal
- Upload your GP referral letter (if you have one) to the Patient Portal
- Book an appointment with your preferred Nurse Practitioner
- Attend your session via video-link or telephone.
- Pay for your consultation by credit card (Medicare Rebates applicable with GP referral)
- Access your report via the Patient Portal
- Start feeling better
