CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW

How to Pay?
For Private Non-Medicare Card Holders as well as Medicare-Card Holders requiring Reports and ADHD Assessments, you are required to pay for your session at the time of booking.
You can also save your payment details upon intake, so if you request any additional session tasks or book in the wrong item in error, this can be reconciled.
You will be issued with a receipt following your session and can also be found in the Personal Health Record.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
We understand an unexpected emergency may arise and you may not be able to attend your session as planned. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment at your convenience by clicking the appointment link in your confirmation SMS or email.
If you rescheduled with more than 24hrs left before your appointment, your fee paid will automatically move across to the new appointment.
If you reschedule with less than 24hrs left before your appointment, your fee paid will move across to the new appointment minus a $70 late cancellation/reschedule fee.
If you cancel your appointment with more than 24hrs left before your scheduled appointment, your fee paid will be refunded to you.
A Late Cancellation Fee of $70 will be charged if you cancel or reschedule the appointment less than 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment time.
A No Show Fee of $70 will be charged if you do not attend or miss your scheduled appointment.

In case of serious illness or other extenuating circumstances, a late cancellation or no show fee may be reviewed at your NP’s discretion. Evidence may be required.
