New Client

Ensure you select ‘New Client Initial Session’ when booking your first session. You will only need to do this once as each subsequent session thereafter will be an ‘Existing Client Session’. Please contact us if you need assistance in choosing the correct appointment type when booking a session.

NPathy welcomes self-managed NDIS participants. Rates are in accordance with our private fee schedule. You will receive a receipt from NPathy which you can submit to the NDIA to reimburse you (subject to NDIA’s discretion).

Ensure you select ‘Initial Session’ when booking your first session on the Patient Portal. You will only need to do this once as each subsequent session thereafter can be ‘standard therapy’, ‘short therapy’ or ‘repeat prescription’. Please contact us if you need assistance in choosing the correct appointment type when booking a session in your Patient Portal.

NPathy welcomes self-managed NDIS participants. Rates are in accordance with our private fee schedule. Please contact us to find out more and to obtain a copy of our NDIS Service Agreement.

How to Pay?

You are required to pay for your session at the time of booking. This ensures your session time is solely focused on your wellbeing rather than administrative tasks.

You can also save your payment details upon intake, so if you request any additional session tasks or book in the wrong session type accidentally, this can be reconciled.

You will be issued with a receipt following your session and can also be found in the Personal Health Record.

If applicable, Medicare Rebates will be automatically paid within three business days into your nominated bank account registered with Medicare.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

We understand an unexpected emergency may arise and you may not be able to attend your session as planned. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment at your convenience by clicking the appointment link in your confirmation SMS or email.

If you rescheduled with more than 24hrs left before your appointment, your fee paid will automatically move across to the new appointment.

If you reschedule with less than 24hrs left before your appointment, your fee paid will move across to the new appointment minus a $70 late cancellation/reschedule fee.

If you cancel your appointment with more than 24hrs left before your scheduled appointment, your fee paid will be refunded to you.

A Late Cancellation Fee of $70 will be charged if you cancel or reschedule the appointment less than 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment time.

A No Show Fee of $70 will be charged if you do not attend or miss your scheduled appointment.

Please contact us if you are having issues connecting at the time of your appointment.

In case of serious illness or other extenuating circumstances, a late cancellation or no show fee may be reviewed at your NP’s discretion. Evidence may be required.
